I am Kristin Dotter, founder of The Aligned Company. I discovered my passion for people at an early age. I have a service-oriented mindset and have spent much of my life leading, inspiring, helping and serving others in various capacities. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills as a coach and mentor.
In my latest role as a corporate leader, I found people development to be the thing that lights me up. I truly enjoy inspiring others to find their best selves by facilitating aha-moments that catalyze personal growth and transformation.
I started this entrepreneurial journey as a way to follow my passion for serving others while also giving me the ability to positively impact more lives. I hope you’ll take the time to connect. I am always happy to meet new people and excited to find opportunities to work together.
